As per Consumer Protection Act (Direct Selling) 2021
Welcome to Neorise Ventures! These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and participation in our direct selling program. By using our website and enrolling as a direct seller, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

2. By filing this Application, the applicant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions along with the Company’s policies and the Direct Selling Guidelines published by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs (MCA) on 26th October 2016, and any future amendments. The applicant shall sign and submit the Independent Distributor Contract with the Company along with this application.

3. This Application is a valid offer under Section 10 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, addressed to Neorise Ventures to enter into an Independent Distributor Contract under the specified Terms and Conditions.

4. The Independent Distributor understands they are not an employee of Neorise Ventures (Iconivo Tyrants Market Private Limited) and act solely as an Independent Business Person, engaging in business of their own free will.

Definitions

• Direct Selling: Selling goods/services directly to consumers, typically at home or workplace.
• Direct Seller: Authorized person who markets and sells Neorise products and may recruit others.
• Customer: Buyer of Neorise products directly or through a seller.

Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Provide accurate registration details.
• Principal-to-principal engagement; not employer-employee.

Contract

• You’ll receive a unique ID upon approval.
• Contract is valid for 12 months and renewable yearly unless terminated.

Prohibition of Pyramid Schemes

Neorise strictly prohibits pyramid schemes. Any model rewarding solely based on recruitment is illegal and will result in termination.

Selling Practices

• Only Neorise Ventures products/services may be sold.
• Information must be clear, accurate, and non-misleading.
• No deceptive or unfair trade practices.
• Do not compel bulk purchases or conditions to resell.
