- Avoid negative publicity or defamation of other members or the company

- Guide your downline with truthful knowledge and full support
- Do not pressure or mislead anyone to join the business
- Celebrate success fairly without comparison or disrespect
5. Product & Customer Service Ethics
- Explain product features and prices clearly to customers
- Handle complaints or refund requests professionally and pass them to the support team
- Never force purchases or give false product benefits
6. Confidentiality
- Do not share your or anyone else’s login credentials, wallet info, or income details
- Respect the privacy of others and protect the integrity of the system
7. Compliance with Law
- All members must follow Indian laws, tax guidelines, and Direct Selling Rules 2021

8. Personal Responsibility
- Your growth depends on your honest efforts and leadership
- The company provides tools and opportunities – it is up to you to use them ethically
- Accept and apply company updates, policies, and changes in plan or procedure
Violation Consequences
- Written warning or suspension
- Termination of distributor ID
- Forfeiture of earnings or ranks
